Hosted by The Smokin’ Elk. In this class, we’ll take a look at pushing your cooking skills to the next level to really get the most out of your Kamado BBQ. This class is heavily influenced by Thai cuisine and really shows the versatility of the Kamado BBQs.

We’ll do a quick recap of the basics and then spend the day cooking up a feast to showcase the versatility of Kamado style BBQs. Expect plenty of food and of course some cold beverages to enjoy while we cook! Here’s what we’ll be cooking so come hungry!
