Guided by expert butcher Connor Ringrose, guests will learn how to break down and prepare a range of premium cuts perfect for the grill. You’ll start by mastering the technique of spatchcocking a whole chicken for even cooking and maximum flavour. Then, transform a pork shoulder into the classic pork butt, ideal for low-and-slow BBQ. Next, dive into beef as you craft juicy, hand-formed mince burgers and trim rich, flavourful short ribs for smoking or grilling. You’ll also explore additional cuts and tips that elevate backyard BBQ to chef-level skill. Whether you’re a home cook or a meat enthusiast, you’ll leave with practical butchery knowledge, grilling confidence, and a deep appreciation for every cut.

Everything Connor prepares is then cooked on the charcoal grills for you to enjoy.
You will take home with you all cuts of meat prepared by yourself, along with a 6inch Curved Giesser Boning knife and 1 x ball of Henry Winning Twine.
